I am always looking for easy time saving recipes. This one is fun for kids and adults, a great finish to your backyard barbeque!
You can prepare this ahead and store in your freezer up to one hour. The tortilla absorbs the moisture from the caramel sauce and ice cream and makes for a fun dessert presentation. Roll into a cone shape.
¼ cup caramel sauce
2 cups vanilla Swiss almond ice cream
½ cup chopped toffee
Four 8-inch flour tortillas
Divide the sauce among the tortillas and spread evenly over each tortilla, leaving at least a 1-inch border around the edge. Sprinkle with the toffee. Divide the ice cream among the tortillas and wrap. Serves 4
